- Cancellation Policy
- BAR Rate / Flexible Rate: Guests who book our flexible rate may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any cancellation charges.
- Non-Refundable / Advance Purchase Rate: Guests who choose a non-refundable rate will be charged the full amount of the reservation at the time of booking and will not be eligible for a refund in case of cancellation or amendment.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be processed based on the rate plan selected at the time of booking, whether Flexible Rate or Non-Refundable Rate.
- If the reservation was made through a third-party website, travel agency, corporate account, or other booking partner, the applicable cancellation and refund terms of that booking channel may apply.
- No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date (“no-show”), the guest will be charged for the first night of the stay, as per the applicable reservation terms.
- For certain promotional, non-refundable, or special rate bookings, different no-show conditions may apply.
- Early Departure Policy
- Non-Refundable Rate: Guests who decide to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights of their reservation.
- BAR / Flexible Rate: Guests who have paid 100% in advance and decide to depart earlier than the scheduled departure date may be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights after charging one night’s stay, subject to providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice of the early departure.

- Force Majeure
